J. David Tatum, PE Mr. Tatum has twenty-five years of structural engineering experience and has been a registered professional engineer since 1984. He is responsible for the company's finances and the overall operation of the company. He also acts as project manager on certain projects. Vice President
Mark A. Smith, PE, SE Mr. Smith has over twelve years of structural engineering experience and has been a registered professional engineer since 2000. Lungshen S. Tsao, PE Mr. Tsao has over eight years of structural engineering experience and has been a registered professional engineer since 2005. His primary responsible is providing design of structural systems on building projects. He is responsible for generating design calculations and reviewing drawings for structural requirements. His responsibilities also include review of shop drawings, building code research, and coordination with the project architect and mechanical engineer. Principal

Welcher, PE Mr. Welcher has over eight years of structural and geotechnical engineering and construction project management experience and has been a registered professional engineer since 2003. He is responsible for scheduling projects and design personnel for TS's national projects. Sub-professional level engineers and CADD technicians report to him. He directs work associated with TS's national accounts clients and is currently registered in 34 states. |
